The difference between the Economy and Premium systems comes down to the oxygen machine and the warranty included. The Premium system features a Devilbiss oxygen machine made in the USA and comes with a 3-year warranty on the machine, bag, and mask. It is designed for higher durability. The Premium Oxygen Machine delivers oxygen more efficiently at a higher 20 PSI output pressure. The Economy system uses the O2E2 oxygen machine (12.5 PSI output pressure) and includes a 1-year warranty, making it a more affordable option while still providing the same EWOT functionality.

The EWOT System typically arrives in 3 separate packages: the Oxygen Machine, Bag System, and Bag Stand. These packages may arrive on different dates and through different shipping carriers, so there’s no need to worry if one package arrives before the others. In most cases, the Oxygen Machine ships via FedEx, while the Bag System and Bag Stand are usually shipped through UPS or USPS.

Yes, you can leave the oxygen reservoir bag filled between sessions. You do not need to empty the bag after each use. A small amount of air may slowly escape through the pressure relief valve, which is completely normal. Just make sure the valve is turned counterclockwise, and the blue cap remains securely in place.

You’ll need approximately 25 sq. ft. of space for the reservoir bag setup, along with additional room for the oxygen concentrator and your preferred exercise equipment, such as a bike, treadmill, or elliptical. All of our oxygen concentrators produce sound levels below 50 dB, which is roughly equivalent to the noise level of a quiet conversation or a household refrigerator. Most users find the sound level comfortable for home use.

LPM stands for litres per minute — the rate at which the oxygen concentrator produces oxygen. The higher the LPM, the faster your reservoir bag fills. A 10 LPM machine fills your bag in approximately half the time of a 5 LPM machine, is built for more frequent and demanding use, and offers greater long-term durability. The 5 LPM is the budget-friendly option and perfectly capable for individual home use when you have flexibility in your schedule to allow longer bag fill times. If your sessions are frequent, or you want the shortest possible wait between sessions, the 10 LPM is the better investment.

Yes. EWOT is designed for regular, consistent use. Most users complete a 15–20 minute session daily or several times a week. The concentrator is built for reliable home use and performs consistently with regular sessions. Daily use is not only safe — it is how you get the most out of your EWOT practice.

We love the new EWOT system

This EWOT system is easy to use and powerful. We are very happy with it. The only thing that it doesn't have (or maybe it does and I don't know how to use it) is an automatic shut off when filling the bag. It would be nice to refill the bag at night and know that it will automatically go off when it is full.

The customer service is prompt and very helpful. I would definitely buy this product again. It is also priced affordably.

I compared several top marketed similarly priced EWOT systems before finding the Premium EWOT System Combo A - 10LPM Machine, 900 Liter Bag with Mega Flow Mask on Optimal Breathng. No comparison even with the more expensive competitor systems. My wife and I have been using it for a but a month now and couldn't be happier. The most life transforming health product I've ever used!

I've had the Turbo Oxygen System for 7 months now and its the most important aspect of my health regime. I'm 37, I've had a crippling autoimmune since I was 25, very bad inflammation. I've tried EVERYTHING. Literally every supplement, pill, potion, exercise, protocol, you name it! The Turbo Oxygen System is an instant inflammation killer. I usually suffer in the fall and winter as well being in Toronto. This is the first winter since I can remember that I was perfectly fine all winter. I usually get 5-6 colds but this year, I had one mild cold that was gone in 2 days.

I use this machine daily. I've used it every day for 8-10 minutes for 7 months and I've got so many unintended benefits, including:
-MUCH better sleep. Finally sleeping throughout the entire night 7-9 hours, whereas I was sleeping 3-4 hours before.
-Lost 15 pounds, seems to be all off my waist. I used to have a gut, not anymore!
-No more chronic inflammation - my joints, hip, and back no longer hurt.
-WAY MORE energy. This likely is related to lower inflammation.
-ZERO asthma symptoms. This was the worst in the winter when I had a cold. I barely had a cold this year.

On a side note, this is a perfect hangover remedy too lol If I'm feeling foggy brained, scattered, or anxious, its like I'm back to normal in 8 minutes.
