I just wanted to leave you a note on feedback from our phone session. Before the call, I was super stressed and wound up. My neck and shoulder muscles were tense and my mind feels like its on a sped up treadmill that won't slow down. After the session, I was very relaxed and a lot more grounded. I know I'm relaxed when I start hearing noises I never noticed before haha I knew we were doing something right when my shoulder pain just vanished.

I also wanted to wait a few days and practice the exercises before I gave feedback. Onc thing I totally didn't expect is my asthma symptoms are virtually gone. I feel like I've had a cold every 3 weeks for 3 months, and this is the first time in months that I'm breathing clearly and not abruptly coughing throughout the day. My breath is much deeper and my lungs just feel cleaner and calmer. The deeper lower lung breathing makes my lungs feel calm. They don't feel so irritated anymore, and its only been 3 days.

My main purpose for the session was anxiety, energy, and longevity. I noticed that I am way less anxious after doing the 2 breathing exercises we discussed. Also having cut out coffee, the exercise you gave me to increase energy has been amazing.

Overall, I'm excited to get better at these exercises and learning more exercises from the Optimal Breathing Mastery Kit. This really feels like the beginning of a great journey for me. My nervous system hasn't felt this leveled and grounded ever. I also really appreciate you answering my text message after our session when I needed clarification. I have such a better outlook after just 3 days that I want to learn to be an instructor on this. This is very powerful and I can't believe the progress I've made in just a few days of practicing.

It has been one month since my post. I can practice the Optimal Strapping Techniques with ease, the tension around the upper chest area has diminished! I also practice C5,10,12 regularly during the day. I aim for about one hour practice 6 days a week. 

The anxiety and panic attacks have diminished. My breathing seems much slower at rest - around 9 breaths per minute, I make sure I breathe through the nose 24/hours a day. Around 10 years ago, a Pulmonary Function Test concluded that I "probably" had mild Emphysema. Around 6-8 years ago, with some shortness of breath, I asked my doctor to order another test. This time, I was diagnosed with Asthma and the MD gave me an Advair inhaler, which came with instructions to immediately rinse my mouth after using it. My question was, "What about my lungs? If it will harm my mouth, why do I want it in my lungs?"

Our modern medical paradigm bases pulmonary function on factors that relate to the anatomy and physiology of the lungs. At times, the mechanical relationships of the chest cavity and of the diaphragm are considered important, but for the most part, they are rarely considered in the ordinary management of most pulmonary diseases such as emphysema, asthma, and restrictive lung disorders.

The bulk of our management of these kinds of disorders is aimed at pharmacological intervention. While this is a reasonable approach that often is quite valuable, it fails to appreciate the potential role of posture, rib flexibility or diaphragmatic excursion as independent factors that can improve lung function. This can be life saving to people with severe pulmonary insufficiency.

It would be unheard of in the development of opera singing, powerful public speaking, or world class athletics to ignore the importance of respiratory faults, accessory breathing muscles, and breathing coordination. When the pulmonary reserves of these highly trained specialists are examined, they are clearly superior to that of the average, untrained population. There have been but few clinical studies undertaken to explore the seemingly obvious benefits of this kind of training..

It seems prudent to me to explore this safe, non-invasive, and easily taught approach, to patients who are willing to invest a minimum of money and time especially when the potential for a negative effect with selected exercises is zero. When conventional therapies have little or nothing to offer, searching for additional possibilities becomes our responsibility.

I wanted to update you on my results from using the O2E2 for several months, about 8 months I think.

Thirty mins/day on the treadmill followed by 30-45 minutes of weight training. I notice a significant difference on the treadmill/weights with the O2. No discomfort and a heightened sense of well-being that lasts for a significant time afterwards.

Hi Mike, 

I’ll try to make this a quick update. Just to refresh your memory I purchased an ewot system last November 18 th approximately. I used it I think 3 times and I came down with the flu and had an extremely bad dry cough. The cough was so bad I slept in spare bedroom for 4 weeks, I bombarded my body with 40 grams of vit C daily lipo and regular. Also did nebulized glutathione everyday. It slowly got better but lasted 9 weeks. I was symptom free for 10 days but caught a bug again and had the same symptoms but milder for 5 weeks. Maybe I had the COVID virus. I will check when the antibody test becomes available. Needless to say I didn’t use the ewot,


Anyway I am fine now and have started using ewot with kettlebells. It’s been fantastic. I can use heavier weights for longer periods. I’m gaining strength and flexibility quickly, my mind feels like it’s been stripped of a layer of film, that’s been slowing it down. 

I haven’t been sore or stiff from the workouts which was a huge stumbling block for me the last 5 years. I've combined it with my sauna. I do a 45 minute Sauna that has been retrofitted to make it into a low infared sauna and I feel great. Stronger, limber, younger, sharper.

This is Doru Anghel, 48 yr old male, I came across your website 4 months ago when I first took the free breath test and started following your programs and advice. The problems that brought me to you are excess gas, bloating and pain in my abdomen (IBS), waking up tired most of the time and general lack of energy.

Just as an update, I did get on the treadmill this morning and did a full one-mile sprint using the turbo mask and oxygen bag, and did the full mile at 6:00 pace with reserve left over!

In my marathon training, historically, I could not even have run a quarter mile sprint at 6:00 pace.

I feel the oxygen has made the difference in my speed training, for sure. As an EWOT enthusiast for 8 years, the new item has been adding the Turbo Mask and 90 Liter oxygen bag.

With the turbo mask, my sprint work will be a fun and enjoyable part of my training moving forward with the next half marathon run in October 2018.

An interesting side note -- it seems that any (pain) issue that I might be experiencing (I am pain-free most of the time !), it seems to totally clear up regarding muscle / joint issues while I am on the treadmill doing my sprints. Also, I don't even have to stretch out before or after which is also unique!

Clearly, oxygen using the Turbo Mask from Mike White truly has made the wholesale difference at the cellular level for my running training just as we suspected!

Finally, I've started practicing your Breathing Exercise #2, and it's the best breathing exercise I've found yet. I mean, I'm really excited about it. I think it's going to change my life in a big way. I am also starting to practice hatha yoga. That plus your breathing exercises are going to really bring me closer to achieving my material and spiritual goals. 

I practice meditation regularly, but have experienced deep chronic fear for most of my life; only in the past three or four years as a result of spiritual growth have I been able to operate without being totally controlled by fear around survival issues. The meditation technique I use is very effective, but my breathing is terrible: not surprising given my history. 

I was guided to research breathing and have reviewed some programs, but yours is the best that I have found. Of all of the techniques that I've tried, the ones you teach are the ones I'm most comfortable with, and I really appreciate the care you put into the instructions on the CD and the tibetan singing bowls. Your work is excellent.

The oxygen concentrator has been wonderful for our disabled daughter. She was in an accident 8 years ago and has difficulty breathing deeply. She had five ribs broken and I think the pain of breathing deep caused her to breathe shallow.

Just wanted to let you know that I've started on the breathing program. I've had it several weeks and have been taking my time to learn the exercises and to feel the breath and breathing. I am really amazed at the reflex breath. It really works and is much better than just taking a deep breath. I have been able to incorporate this into my daily activities and it really helps. 

I do the other exercises also but have not set up a daily routine to do everything. The diaphragm exerciser with the strapping techniques has been an immediate help to my breathing. I did a set of reflex breaths and one set with the diaphragm exerciser/strapping this morning before attending church and I could observe much easier breathing all morning. I was out of town most of week and finally got home Friday and everything was sitting in my Apt from Concierge.

I turned on machine today and set up candula hoses... working on put reservoir up later....I have a pulse oximeter my cardiologist gave me a few years ago.. when I sleep I average 91 and most of the day moving around no more than 93. i started laughing and almost cried when after 10 minutes on the calendula oxygen I was more alert and immediate better mood.. a little pep in my step !! I checked my oximeter and was steady at 98. AMAZING!

I want to thank you for getting me everything I need and all the extras !! I really appreciate it. When I can get traveling again and virus fear is abetted a bit I'm coming to Carolina to give you a big bear hug and buy you and your family a big steak dinner ! I am 67 years old this month and have been in reasonably good health for most of my life up until the past two years…..Heart issues and COPD run in my family (my Father passing at 67 with heart issues and lung cancer, my Mother passing at 65 from Emphysema, and my older brother passing two years ago at 72 from COPD and heart issues)……I have been quite active and have exercised most of my life up until 4 years ago……Family and business issues intervened for a couple of years that knocked me out my exercise routine and all of a sudden, I found myself with extreme shortness of breath and interestingly, a resting pulse rate in excess of 80….Despite good results from a battery of diagnostic blood tests and EKG last year, most recently, I found up until last week that 5 minutes of moderate exercise on my Elliptical Max Trainer would just about wipe me out…..

Some years ago, I read that a French surgeon and biologist by the name of Dr. Alexis Carrel (a Nobel prize winner) and his associates were able to maintain a series of chicken heart tissue cultures at the Rockefeller Institute…. From 1912 to 1946, this series of chicken heart tissue cultures remained alive and dividing….. This occurred as a result of their tending to the tissue cultures by replacing daily the medium in which they thrived in (thus daily eliminating the cellular waste and providing new nutrients typically found in normal chicken blood)….. The only reason the tissue cultures stopped living and dividing was that the team no longer had any use for and just quit caring for the cultures…… One can easily see from this experiment that if the cells in the body are provided with the right nutrients and a relatively stress-free environment, the potential for continued healthy growth and division is possibly unlimited….

I am not certain if someone in good health would experience the same immediate, profound, tangibly felt results from the use of your system that I have experienced….However, I do believe they will experience and feel immediate, healthy benefits and the benefits of using EWOT in maintaining their good health are clearly documented….I researched thoroughly before purchasing your system and found a wealth of information from other health practitioners and exercise enthusiasts discussing the phenomenal, long-lasting benefits of EWOT….Dr. Sircus describes the benefits of EWOT in one of his articles as “15 minutes of Cellular Heaven”…..I also searched at great length before purchasing your system for any information regarding any complications or issues arising from the use of EWOT and could find absolutely nothing…..

At any rate, THANK YOU for your informative, introductory email describing your work with EWOT (which led me to further investigation and purchase of your unit), the benefits derived from using EWOT and your system, the outstanding concept of using two intake oxygen hoses for the EWOT mask that you developed, and the excellent materials and equipment that you use with the system you sell…..As far as I am concerned, you have given me my life back…..Aside from the immediate, profound effects that I have experienced from using your Turbo Mask System, I am 100% confident that continuing with my program of daily juicing (I use a recently purchased Omega J8006 juicer that I am about as happy with as I am with your Turbo Mask System), daily EWOT, supplementation with GOOD vitamins, minerals, and herbs, and a reasonable amount of rest, that I will be able to 100% recover my good health in just a few months……And interestingly, I am enjoying the journey because of the immediate, healthy effects I feel from using your Turbo Mask System……

With regards to your Turbo Mask System as compared to others I saw after at least one full day of research prior to purchasing your system: In my opinion, you are correct in saying that the two intake hose system you developed by far exceeds the use of a one hose intake system….(Every other unit I saw used a one hose system….)…A one hose system most likely would not have comfortably served my needs…..This looks to be one of the best designs I found in the US market…..(I found an Australian unit that used a 1 ½ inch single intake hose coming into the front of the mask with two side discharges for elimination that looked appealing but I suspect your two hose unit works as well or better)…….

The quality of the materials and the packaging used are excellent……

Instructions for set up and use were clear…..Approximately 1.5 hours to unpack, set up the reservoir bag stand, hang the reservoir bag, and hook up the hoses and the O2E2 unit for use…….. As for pricing…….I purchased the 500-liter reservoir bag and new 10 LPM O2E2 machine unit……This works absolutely phenomenally well for me………Quick fill up and based upon my usage, I get a full 15 minutes from the 500-liter reservoir bag without fully depleting the bag with the O2E2 machine continuing to operate while exercising……Your Turbo Mask System is the most reasonably priced system that I was able to find…….Other comparable units appeared to cost anywhere from 750 to 1,000 more than yours….(And nowhere did I find any other units priced anywhere near as reasonably priced as your 1,170 Turbo Mask System with a refurbished 5 LPM machine and a 500-liter reservoir bag for personal use)….

Overall, I would rate your Turbo Mask System a 5 star in every category…My hat is off to you for the great work you have done in putting together such a quality, affordable system for folks to own and use in the privacy and convenience of their home……….
