What is EWOT?
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) means breathing concentrated oxygen through a mask while you exercise, usually for about 15 minutes.
How the system works
The concentrator fills the reservoir bag. You breathe from the bag through the mask, drawing oxygen faster than the concentrator makes it.
Who uses EWOT?
Athletes, busy professionals, older adults who want to stay active, and gyms or wellness centres that offer EWOT sessions.
What the research says
A 2019 systematic review found hyperoxic training improved exercise performance in healthy participants. EWOT is not a medical treatment.
