Yes. Our EWOT systems are complete, plug-and-play kits designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Even if you’re new to EWOT, you can start using the system right away and experience the benefits of the exercise-oxygen duo safely and effectively.

Our systems are primarily designed for home use, but they can be transported if needed. You can simply deflate the reservoir bag and place it in your car along with the oxygen machine when traveling. If you have a larger vehicle, such as a van, you can even transport the bag while it’s still inflated.

While there are bagless systems on the market, they are typically significantly more expensive, often costing up to ten times more than our Economy System. For most users, they don’t offer enough practical benefits to justify the price.

The equipment you currently have or desire to purchase would suffice. Treadmills, recumbent bikes, stationary bikes, cross-trainers, NordicTrack treadmills, rebounders, rowing machines, elliptical trainers, and stair steppers are some of the good options. Geriatrics should take care to avoid stumbling and try low-impact exercise machines that are comfortable for the joints. 

You can also perform Yoga, Optimal Breathing Exercises or Techniques, jumping jacks, or any floor exercises. Anything that gets you gently moving is considered safe.

It is recommended that you engage in a 15-20 minute session to reap the maximum benefits of Exercise with Oxygen Therapy. It is important to prioritize your comfort and listen to your body. We recommend starting at a slower pace and paying attention to your body’s response by targeting 3 days per week. The outcomes are cumulative, so the more frequently you perform EWOT with the Turbo Oxygen System, the faster you can expect to achieve your fitness goals.

No. Only light to moderate exercise is required to notice significant outcomes. The ambient air you inhale contains 21% oxygen. The Turbo Oxygen System allows you to inhale 4x times more oxygen than in normal air. This increase in oxygen concentration helps you work out at a slower pace. Reducing the workout pace will reduce the strain imposed on your connective tissue.

Keep in mind that higher oxygen levels are not the issue. For many individuals, the sudden change in physical activity can be a concern, especially if they haven't exercised in a while. It is recommended to start gradually and consult your healthcare practitioner. If you don’t have any health concerns,  inhaling higher levels of oxygen is considered safe. It’s always better to consult your doctor before doing exercise with the Turbo Oxygen System, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Oxygen use is safe with Turbo Oxygen Systems and Oxygen Multistep Protocols, except for three situations where breathing oxygen is not safe: 

• Inhaling air with 18 times more oxygen (similar to breathing under 500 feet underwater)
• Long-term use of air for more than 12 hours with 60 percent oxygen can cause oxidative stress and damage your lungs
• If the breathing reflex of your body triggered by carbon dioxide fails

Otherwise, oxygen is absolutely safe according to the research conducted by Manfred von Ardenne. Turbo Oxygen Systems are well within safe levels. Oxygen therapies are not recommended for:

• those with extreme stiffness caused by neuromuscular locking (stage III/IV WHO hypertonia)
• those exhibiting signs of cardiac decompensation, which is characterized by an inability of the heart to maintain efficient circulation due to its abnormal condition
• those with steno-cardiac syndrome at rest, which is characterized by severe chest pain or pressure caused by heart muscle ischemia, usually due to coronary disease
• to a lesser extent, those with febrile infections (infections with high fever)

Light movement is key. While some benefits may be gained passively, EWOT works best with activity.

No. Since the oxygen is at room pressure and you’re breathing naturally, there is no risk of overdose in healthy individuals.

Yes, the EWOT system can be stored in a garage, provided the space is clean, dust-free, and temperature-controlled to protect the equipment and maintain optimal performance.

Yes, you can share the Turbo Oxygen System with another person. However, we strongly recommend investing in an additional Turbo Mega Flow Mask, purely from a hygiene perspective.

We deliver more oxygen through our Turbo Oxygen System, which includes our PATENTED Dual Mega Flow Mask. So, you need less altitude training. However, if you still choose to go with the High Altitude Training way, here’s a simple & cost-effective way to achieve the same or better results:

We recommend using the High Altitude Training Mask for 2-3 minutes for every 10-15 minutes of EWOT.  The High Altitude Training Mask costs an additional $75;

Here’s a simple way to use it: Take off our Mega Flow Mask and put on the High Altitude Mask for 2-3 minutes before or after Turbo Oxygen EWOT. You choose over time which one works better for you (before or after).

Our Economy 5 LPM EWOT System, priced at $1,600, is a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly system that still allows you to experience the full benefits of EWOT.

The Premium Plus system is priced higher because it includes upgraded features beyond the Economy Plus package. It features a DeVilbiss 10 LPM oxygen concentrator (instead of the O2E2 model), a 3-year comprehensive warranty (instead of 2 years), and an auto-timer for easier filling of the Oxygen Reservoir Bag. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, although in some cases, it may take up to 72 hours for an order to be shipped. In the case of orders placed on holidays and weekends, the order will ship at the earliest on the next business day. International orders for EWOT Systems may require a lead time, as the Oxygen Concentrator needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer to fit regional voltage and frequency requirements.

We offer free shipping for all EWOT Systems to the 48 contiguous United States. If you'd like your order sooner, you can choose from our paid expedited shipping options at checkout. 

For international orders, expedited shipping is not available because the oxygen machine must be specially ordered from the manufacturer to match your region’s voltage and frequency requirements.

Your EWOT System generally comes in 2 packages.

• Bag System Package: Includes Oxygen Reservoir Bag, Turbo Mega-Flow Mask, and accessories
• Oxygen Machine Package: Includes the Oxygen Machine
• If you have added the Bag Stand to your order, you'll receive it as a separate package.

Yes. Our bags are made from BPA-free, phthalate-free, odor-free medical-grade TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). TPU offers high-performance characteristics, including flexibility at low temperatures, high elasticity, high tensile strength, environmental resistance, and high durability, making it a desirable material for medical applications. The bag does not off-gas and is also not conducive to mold and bacteria.

Our reservoir bags are compatible with most continuous-flow oxygen concentrators that deliver 5–10 LPM.

Filling times vary depending on the variant of the Reservoir Bag and the flow rate of the Oxygen Machine. 

900 Liter Reservoir Bag

• Time required to fill with a 10 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~1.5 hours (900/10=90 minutes)
• Time required to fill with a 5 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~3 hours (900/5=180 minutes)

500 Liter Reservoir Bag

• Time required to fill with a 10 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~1 hour (500/10=50 minutes)
• Time required to fill with a 5 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~1.5 hours (500/5=100 minutes)

With the 900-liter Reservoir Bag, you can get 15-20 minutes of EWOT.

With the 500 Liter Reservoir Bag, you can get 7-8 minutes of EWOT.

Here’s how it works: An average person breathes around 40-60 breaths per minute during exercise. That would take 7-8 minutes to empty the 500L Bag and about 15-20 minutes to empty the 900L Bag.

When fully inflated, the dimensions of the bags are as follows:

900 Liter Bag: 8 ft (H) x 4 ft (W) x 3.5 ft (D)

500 Liter Bag: 4 ft (H) x 3.5 ft (W) x 3.5 ft (D)

You can mount the bag horizontally or vertically. The Bag is equipped with grommets on all four corners. You can use S hooks to attach it to the ceiling or the optional Bagstand. We recommend buying the Optional Bag Stand, but if you have provision to hang it either on the ceiling or other options, you can do so as well.

The pressure relief valve, attached to the bag, releases the pressure and keeps the bag from over-inflating. Besides this,  the bag is much stronger than the PSI of the oxygen machine. For that reason, even if you forget to stop filling your bag, there is no risk of damage. 

In our Premium Plus variants, we have added an auto timer option to give you that peace of mind. This device automatically shuts off the oxygen machine once the bag is full to prevent overfilling.

It is not recommended to run your oxygen machine for hours after the Reservoir Bag is full, as it can cause unnecessary wear and tear on your machine. However, running the machine while the reservoir bag is full will not cause any damage to your system.

Both the 900-Liter Oxygen Reservoir Bag and 500-Liter Oxygen Reservoir Bag can remain filled for 24-48 hours. However, some amount of oxygen might leak due to the attached pressure relief valve. You can refill the bag in no time when you’re ready to start your EWOT session. 

Yes, the bag can be mounted horizontally or vertically. There are grommets on all 4 corners. You can use S hooks to attach it to the ceiling or the Compatible Bag Stand. We recommend purchasing the Bag Stand, but if you have the option to hang it from the ceiling or use other mounting points, you can also do so.

Yes, Bag Stand is an optional accessory. You can use it to conveniently hang the bag. You can purchase it here. 

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or sharp objects that could puncture it.

Turbo Mega Flow Mask is far superior to its competitors because:

• It has two inlets to offer you double the inflow volume in half the time.
• You don’t need to exert pressure to push more O2 into the mask, as the twin ports allow for an adequate flow that is large enough to satisfy over 150 Liters Per Minute.
• You can optimize your exercise time. For most people, 15-20 minutes of EWOT with our Turbo Mega Flow Mask offers the same benefits as working out 90-100 minutes at the gym.

Mix one tablespoon of Hydrogen Peroxide with water and you can soak your mask in this solution overnight. Dry it with a clean towel and you’re good to go.

No. The CPAP machine and the Turbo Oxygen System are different. So CPAP machines cannot be modified for Turbo Oxygen. However, our Oxygen machines can be connected to the CPAP using a CPAP/BiPAP Universal Adaptor that costs just $6.00. This adaptor connects the CPAP/BiPAP machine to the oxygen hose of the oxygen  machine. The capped O2 port allows you to seal off the connector when not in use to keep your CPAP system running at full capacity without the hassle of removing the entire connector. The adaptor is latex-free and made of sturdy plastic to resist breakage.

The warranty terms of the Turbo Oxygen components are as follows:

Oxygen Reservoir Bag:

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. This warranty covers the replacement of the product for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Within the first 30 days of purchase, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Please inform us of any issues within this timeframe.

After the initial 30-day period, if the issue is minor, we will provide a patch kit for any necessary repairs. If the issue is major and caused by user error, you may purchase the patch kit from us for $14.95 plus shipping.

Please note that all warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is due to a manufacturing issue or user error.

Turbo Mega-Flow Mask:

If the Turbo Mega-Flow Mask has a manufacturing defect or a size-related issue, we will replace it at no cost to you. If you find that the mask is not functioning properly within the 3-year warranty period, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Oxygen Concentrator:

If there is a manufacturing defect identified within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace the product at no cost to you. After the initial 30-day period, if a manufacturing defect or issue with the product is identified, we will cover the cost of repairs. However, shipping costs will have to be paid by you.
