At Optimal Breathing, we want to ensure your shopping experience is convenient and transparent. Here's a breakdown of our shipping policy:

General Policy

You can choose your preferred shipping carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed in your cart upon checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders exceeding $250.00.
Shipping transit time may vary depending on your location.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s), which becomes active within 24 hours.

Turbo Oxygen System

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic Turbo Oxygen orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
For international orders, we have a pre-negotiated flat rate shipping rate. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are classified as international destinations, and the pre-negotiated flat-rate shipping will be applicable to these locations.
Turbo Oxygen System is delivered in two separate packages (3 if you order a Bag Stand). These packages might be delivered by different shipping carriers from different locations. So there's no need for concern if one package arrives before the other.
The Oxygen Reservoir Bag Package will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
The O2E2 Oxygen Machine will be shipped separately via FedEx or DHL and may take 5-7 business days for shipment.
Accessories purchased after the initial machine purchase will be shipped via USPS, and applicable rates will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email from OptimalBreathing with the tracking information.

O2E2 Oxygen Machines

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic O2E2 Machine orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
For international orders, we have a pre-negotiated flat rate shipping rate. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are classified as international destinations, and the pre-negotiated flat-rate shipping will be applicable to these locations.
Your O2E2 Machine will be shipped within 5-7 business days of your order placement.
Accessories purchased after the initial machine purchase will be shipped via USPS, and applicable rates will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process.
Returns of O2E2 Oxygen Machines incur a 15% restocking charge and require the customer to cover shipping costs. Refunds may differ based on machine usage.

Oxygen Reservoir Bags

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic Reservoir Bag orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
International shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.
Your Bag Package will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement.
You can choose your preferred shipping carrier during checkout, and corresponding shipping rates will be displayed based on your location.
Accessories purchased after the initial Reservoir Bag purchase will be shipped via USPS, and applicable rates will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process.

Breathing Kits

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic Breathing Kit orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
International shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout. Please note Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are classified as international destinations.
Once you place the order for the Breathing Kit, you’ll receive an email with all the necessary information you need to access the Digital Version of Optimal Breathing Self-Mastery Kit.
The Breathing Kit tools will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement.

Sleep-Voice Accessories and Nutritionals

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders above $250, applicable exclusively to the contiguous 48 states.
These items are usually shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.
Your package will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement.
For international orders, shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

International Orders

For international orders, we have a pre-negotiated flat rate, irrespective of the location.
OptimalBreathing.com is not responsible for import customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (such as tariffs or taxes).
All International Transactions will abide the local laws of the land. Returns will be subject to the refund policy.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations Before Shipping

Orders canceled before shipping incur a 3% transaction fee

Order Cancellations During Shipping (Before Arrival)

If you choose to cancel your order after the product(s) have been shipped or are in transit, a 15% transaction fee will apply.
Please note that shipping costs to the customers and back to the factory are non-refundable.

Delivery Time

Domestic Orders

We do not guarantee delivery within a specific period. All shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to ship and another 5-7 business days for delivery.
Cancellations due to delays in shipping retain the same cancellation fees to the buyer as mentioned above.
If your package(s) arrives damaged, you must indicate to the delivery driver and get a signed confirmation of the damage upon receipt. Failure to do so might hinder our ability to provide service or repair under our insurance policy for the item, potentially leading to your full responsibility for any associated repair costs.

International Orders

We do not guarantee delivery within a specific period. All international shipping takes 2-5 business days to ship and another 15-20 days for delivery.
Cancellations due to delays in shipping retain the same cancellation fees to the buyer as mentioned above.

Warranty

Warranty is available only for the O2E2 Machine, Oxygen Reservoir Bag, and Turbo Mega-Flow Mask). See the corresponding product pages for warranty information.

Damaged or Lost Products

We offer Route Package Protection to safeguard your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. You can select this option during checkout for added peace of mind.
Please note that if you choose not to opt for Route Package Protection, OptimalBreathing.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your package during transit. We recommend considering this protection for enhanced coverage.

Returns Policy

Unopened Items

For unopened items, you may return them within 30 days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any discounts, bank charges (usually 3%), shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping fees apply.

If you received a ‘Free Shipping’ order, we will deduct the original shipping cost. The shipping cost would be applicable for both ways.

Please note there might be special circumstances where we might have had to ship from our international warehouse, in which case the original shipping cost from the international warehouse to the destination will be applicable. Return shipping cost, as applicable, from the customer's address to Optimal Breathing's warehouse will also be chargeable.

Store Credit

Beyond the initial 30 days, refunds are not available. However, within 45 days, you can opt for store credit, with shipping fees subtracted, as previously explained.

Opened Items

For opened items, the refund will be in the original form of payment, less any discounts, shipping, and 30% restocking fees.

O2E2 Oxygen Machines

Restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the purchase price will be deducted and you must pay for all shipping. If the machine has more than 5 hours added, it will be treated as a used unit, and the refund will be done accordingly.

Return Instructions
