Hey Mike,

I just wanted to leave you a note on feedback from our phone session. Before the call, I was super stressed and wound up. My neck and shoulder muscles were tense and my mind feels like its on a sped up treadmill that won't slow down. After the session, I was very relaxed and a lot more grounded. I know I'm relaxed when I start hearing noises I never noticed before haha I knew we were doing something right when my shoulder pain just vanished.

I also wanted to wait a few days and practice the exercises before I gave feedback. Onc thing I totally didn't expect is my asthma symptoms are virtually gone. I feel like I've had a cold every 3 weeks for 3 months, and this is the first time in months that I'm breathing clearly and not abruptly coughing throughout the day. My breath is much deeper and my lungs just feel cleaner and calmer. The deeper lower lung breathing makes my lungs feel calm. They don't feel so irritated anymore, and its only been 3 days.

My main purpose for the session was anxiety, energy, and longevity. I noticed that I am way less anxious after doing the 2 breathing exercises we discussed. Also having cut out coffee, the exercise you gave me to increase energy has been amazing.

Overall, I'm excited to get better at these exercises and learning more exercises from the Optimal Breathing Mastery Kit. This really feels like the beginning of a great journey for me. My nervous system hasn't felt this leveled and grounded ever. I also really appreciate you answering my text message after our session when I needed clarification. I have such a better outlook after just 3 days that I want to learn to be an instructor on this. This is very powerful and I can't believe the progress I've made in just a few days of practicing.

Thank you!

Best Regards,

Musa, Toronto

I called Mike, saying I have “Emphysema” and I went straight to his house and stayed there for three days. My lungs use to give up before my legs and now with your therapy my legs give up before my lungs. I went home and broke three state records!

Kudos Mike.

I do think your breathing techniques are better than all the other breathing methods I've run across.

Thanks for sharing all that you've learned!

I'm a healthcare practitioner that offers Multi-step Oxygen therapy via the Turbo Oxygen system in my clinic. My patients that use the therapy range from world class athletes to physically impaired. My personal story can claim health benefits.....better stamina , breathing, endurance , but most remarkable, since using the therapy over the past couple of years.....I no longer need to use reading glasses. I'm 68 years old. I've used different nutritional and eye exercises for a number of years, yet, the need for the "cheaters" kept creeping in. The only difference is using the O2E2 therapy. What can I say ? It is what it is..........

Breath is life, but for the flautist breath is also art. Working with Mike freed tensions that had built up through years of playing so I was able to recover my full capacity, control and ease of expression. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants to maximize his or her breathing capability.

Hi Mike,

I’ll try to make this a quick update. Just to refresh your memory I purchased an ewot system last November 18 th approximately. I used it I think 3 times and I came down with the flu and had an extremely bad dry cough. The cough was so bad I slept in spare bedroom for 4 weeks, I bombarded my body with 40 grams of vit C daily lipo and regular. Also did nebulized glutathione everyday. It slowly got better but lasted 9 weeks. I was symptom free for 10 days but caught a bug again and had the same symptoms but milder for 5 weeks. Maybe I had the COVID virus. I will check when the antibody test becomes available. Needless to say I didn’t use the ewot,

Anyway I am fine now and have started using ewot with kettlebells. It’s been fantastic. I can use heavier weights for longer periods. I’m gaining strength and flexibility quickly, my mind feels like it’s been stripped of a layer of film, that’s been slowing it down.

I haven’t been sore or stiff from the workouts which was a huge stumbling block for me the last 5 years. I've combined it with my sauna. I do a 45 minute Sauna that has been retrofitted to make it into a low infared sauna and I feel great. Stronger, limber, younger, sharper.

Thanks, Randy

Our modern medical paradigm bases pulmonary function on factors that relate to the anatomy and physiology of the lungs. At times, the mechanical relationships of the chest cavity and of the diaphragm are considered important, but for the most part, they are rarely considered in the ordinary management of most pulmonary diseases such as emphysema, asthma, and restrictive lung disorders.

The bulk of our management of these kinds of disorders is aimed at pharmacological intervention. While this is a reasonable approach that often is quite valuable, it fails to appreciate the potential role of posture, rib flexibility or diaphragmatic excursion as independent factors that can improve lung function. This can be life saving to people with severe pulmonary insufficiency.

It would be unheard of in the development of opera singing, powerful public speaking, or world class athletics to ignore the importance of respiratory faults, accessory breathing muscles, and breathing coordination. When the pulmonary reserves of these highly trained specialists are examined, they are clearly superior to that of the average, untrained population. There have been but few clinical studies undertaken to explore the seemingly obvious benefits of this kind of training..

It seems prudent to me to explore this safe, non-invasive, and easily taught approach, to patients who are willing to invest a minimum of money and time especially when the potential for a negative effect with selected exercises is zero. When conventional therapies have little or nothing to offer, searching for additional possibilities becomes our responsibility.

Mike, I just wanted you to know that since I started using the oxygenator about three weeks ago during O2E2, I have had NO MORE discomfort in my chest while exercising or anytime thereafter. Along with other alternative techniques, I feel O2E2 is working.

You guys are great and I’m so glad I purchased that refurbished O2 generator years ago. Working in a sick office where the same people are always sick I was getting bronchitis a few times a year and now never.

Oh and I forgot to mention. O2 while icing foot arches makes plantar fasciitis go away in just a few days vs. 2-3 weeks recovery time.

Cheers to you!

Barry F.

I wanted to update you on my results from using the O2E2 for several months, about 8 months I think.

Thirty mins/day on the treadmill followed by 30-45 minutes of weight training. I notice a significant difference on the treadmill/weights with the O2. No discomfort and a heightened sense of well-being that lasts for a significant time afterwards.

Along with good nutrition and supplements, I would strongly recommend to anyone having cardiovascular problems to check with their Medical Doc and then give it a try.

Just as an update, I did get on the treadmill this morning and did a full one-mile sprint using the turbo mask and oxygen bag, and did the full mile at 6:00 pace with reserve left over!

In my marathon training, historically, I could not even have run a quarter mile sprint at 6:00 pace.

I feel the oxygen has made the difference in my speed training, for sure. As an EWOT enthusiast for 8 years, the new item has been adding the Turbo Mask and 90 Liter oxygen bag.

With the turbo mask, my sprint work will be a fun and enjoyable part of my training moving forward with the next half marathon run in October 2018.

An interesting side note -- it seems that any (pain) issue that I might be experiencing (I am pain-free most of the time !), it seems to totally clear up regarding muscle / joint issues while I am on the treadmill doing my sprints. Also, I don't even have to stretch out before or after which is also unique!

Clearly, oxygen using the Turbo Mask from Mike White truly has made the wholesale difference at the cellular level for my running training just as we suspected!

Cheers, and thanks for your support!

Several years ago I purchased one of your oxygenerators after reading about it in one of Dr. BW's newsletters. That device has performed wonders for my wife who's struggling with an inoperable benign brain tumor.

Whenever she gets coughing spells or has swallowing difficulties at night, I hook her up the unit and within 5 minutes the episode is over and she sleeps the night like a baby. It also helps her sleep apnea. No charge for this unsolicited testimonial.

We were on a special top secret 20 days training program during the war, where they would make us workout while breathing massive amount of oxygen.

The intensity of the training would’ve made me fall apart but it didn’t.

I finished the training in the best shape every before or since” So, when I heard about Mike’s TurboOxygen system – I had to buy one.

For the last 6 years I have had Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia which for me has been chronic pain in a nerve on the left side of my face.

At the age of 28, I was surprised to be continuously ill but more troubling I was surprised that no doctor or pharmacy had anything to help the pain with the exception of narcotics which after long term use caused to many side effects to continue.

Enter O2E2. Your oxygen machine has been a one-stop-shop for pain relief and is the ONLY non-narcotic I have found that helps this pain and does so long-term and without side-effects! While breathing the oxygen, the pain I feel is reduced to half the amount which has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my life! Thank-you for that. Seriously. . .thank-you. Some other benefits are that it increases my energy, makes me feel "clear headed" and causes a deeper sleep.

The oxygen concentrator has been wonderful for our disabled daughter. She was in an accident 8 years ago and has difficulty breathing deeply. She had five ribs broken and I think the pain of breathing deep caused her to breathe shallow.

The oxygen has made a big difference and I really would like another machine. My husband had a stroke right after the machine was purchased and using oxygen while on the exercise bike has helped him. We use it about 14 hours a day.

Hi Michael,

As a testimonial for the O2 generator, I have been using it daily for over 2 1/2 years. I spend about 25 minutes doing resistance training, and the rest of the time I am doing both dynamic and quiescent Qigong exercises.

I have never had muscle pain after exercising, and the power of the Qigong meditations are powerfully enhanced while using the O2 generator.

I appreciate your efforts to get the equipment to people at such a great price.

I was out of town most of week and finally got home Friday and everything was sitting in my Apt from Concierge.

I turned on machine today and set up candula hoses... working on put reservoir up later....I have a pulse oximeter my cardiologist gave me a few years ago.. when I sleep I average 91 and most of the day moving around no more than 93. i started laughing and almost cried when after 10 minutes on the calendula oxygen I was more alert and immediate better mood.. a little pep in my step !! I checked my oximeter and was steady at 98. AMAZING!

I want to thank you for getting me everything I need and all the extras !! I really appreciate it. When I can get traveling again and virus fear is abetted a bit I'm coming to Carolina to give you a big bear hug and buy you and your family a big steak dinner ! I should start spinning tomorrow morning with the reservoir ! Right now my minds so clear I'm doing some computer and paperwork I've been putting off for several months.

This is helping me out of the Pandemic fog !!

Thanks again !!

It has been one month since my post. I can practice the Optimal Strapping Techniques with ease, the tension around the upper chest area has diminished! I also practice C5,10,12 regularly during the day. I aim for about one hour practice 6 days a week.

The anxiety and panic attacks have diminished. My breathing seems much slower at rest - around 9 breaths per minute, I make sure I breathe through the nose 24/hours a day. I'm all around more calm and relaxed. It was very difficult for me to wake up in the morning, it seems like I need less sleep lately. Some days my energy levels are better and I'm much more active!

Around 10 years ago, a Pulmonary Function Test concluded that I "probably" had mild Emphysema. Around 6-8 years ago, with some shortness of breath, I asked my doctor to order another test. This time, I was diagnosed with Asthma and the MD gave me an Advair inhaler, which came with instructions to immediately rinse my mouth after using it. My question was, "What about my lungs? If it will harm my mouth, why do I want it in my lungs?"

I threw it away and learned about your breathing exercises. I ordered the full set, because I was also diagnosed with Central Apnea and the doctor wanted me to wear one of those terrible face masks when I slept. That is another goofy story. The important thing is that last week I finally went to an Asthma specialist because a bout with sinusitis and bronchitis left me with a worrisome cough.

The good news: My breathing is so powerful and good and my lungs so absolutely clear that the technician questioned whether I had Asthma at all!!!!!!!!! I told her about your breathing exercises and how my good sleep and daily activities without shortness of breath began 6 months or so after I began the breathing routine!!!! I am 76 years old, a singer, and living an active, enjoyable, and productive life.

THANK YOU!

I believe that the work with you has added a dimension to my work as an addictions counselor that I wouldn't have thought possible had I not experienced it firsthand. In addition, I think that my own practice of optimal breathing as taught by you - has been personally transforming on a number of levels. I would recommend your training and breath-relate products to anyone, anytime.

After five years of using prescription drugs to unsuccessfully control my high blood pressure, your breathing exercise finally got the job done. I feel great

Learning to breathe under the guidance of Mike White has not only saved my life but profoundly altered its quality.

In the first training session, Mike address my restricted breathing, which was steadily becoming worse, despite the inhalers I was using three and four times a day. He taught me the Optimal Leg Lift, a deceptively simple and powerfully effective breath which stopped within days my chronic coughing, and began to clear and relieve lungs and bronchial tubes desperate for air.

He also used carefully controlled hand pressure and other techniques to "wring out and soften hard and atrophies lung tissue. This "re-birthing" of my lungs has affected my entire being. The relief from asthma turned out to be only an introduction into fuller and more vibrant participation in life. In the process of learning to breathe more deeply and easily, old fears and insecurities are beginning to dissolve. I am discovering the joyful calm that supports life at its base.

I believe Michael Grant White's work with the breath is a critically important contribution to an area of scientific research still in its infancy.

Marie D.

Even though I have been practicing in the healthcare field for over 28 years, I was stunned by the data Michael Grant White presented in his Optimal Breathing Manual and DVDs. His work is so well researched and presented that it should be a 'must-read' for anyone who breathes.

I would like to thank you so much Mike. When I came to you I felt like I was on a verge of having a heart attack or losing mind. I drove 4 torturing hours, it was well worth the 4 hours drive. On my way home I had no panic attacks, which is amazing, I cannot drive in a car for 30 minutes without a panic attack and I drove 4 hours with none.

I feel like you have given me part of my life that I thought was gone forever. These panic attacks have been a journey for me, but for once in my life I feel I am on the road to recovery. Thank you again,I will definitely be back .

This work is very beneficial for my Tai Chi students as it opens up their breathing to natural full expansion and thus frees up blockages in the chi flow throughout the body. I feel it will accelerate their progress in Tai Chi and help to stabilize their life energies.
