Turbo Oxygen System comprises of 3 major components:

  • O2E2 Oxygen Machine: The O2E2 Machine works by receiving the ambient air, filtering out nitrogen, and delivering oxygen-enriched air to the user with utmost efficiency.

  • Oxygen Reservoir Bag: The 500-liter and 900-liter oxygen reservoir bags collect oxygen from an economical, low-volume O2E2 Oxygen Machine eventually and deliver this high-volume oxygen to the user as and when required.

  • Turbo Mega-Flow Mask: Our patented Turbo Mega-Flow Mask offers double the oxygen flow in half the time with its innovative dual-inlet design.

2. Safety First

To ensure a safe and effective setup of your Turbo Oxygen System, it's important to follow these essential safety precautions:

  • Consult a physician: Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions.

  • Proper Ventilation: Set up your Turbo Oxygen System in a well-ventilated area to ensure proper air circulation.

  • Secure Connections: Ensure all components are properly connected and secured.

  • Comfortable Breathing: Wear the Turbo Mega-Flow Mask comfortably to allow unrestricted breathing and avoid discomfort.

  • No Smoking or Flames: Do not smoke while your Turbo Oxygen System is operating or when you are near a person using the system. Keep your system at least 5 feet (1.6 m) from hot, sparking objects or naked sources of flame.

  • Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the exterior filter of the oxygen machine, Turbo Mega-Flow mask, hoses, and other components.

  • Discontinue if unwell: If you feel unwell or experience dizziness, nausea, or discomfort while exercising with Turbo Oxygen System, discontinue the session and seek medical attention if necessary.

4. Setting Up Your Turbo Oxygen System

4.1 O2E2 Oxygen Machine Setup

Please take time to familiarize yourself with your O2E2 Machine. Before using the machine, make sure you have the following items:

  • Oxygen machine set: 1

  • Adapter for connecting humidifier: 1

  • Oxygen outlet connector: 1

4.1.1 Important Parts of Your O2E2 Oxygen Machine

4.1.2 Before Operating Your O2E2 Oxygen Machine

Before operating your O2E2 Machine, make sure you:

  • Position your unit near an electrical outlet.

  • Position your unit at least 6 inches (16 cm) from walls, draperies, or any other objects that might prevent the proper flow of air in and out of your O2E2 machine.

  • Check the machine has an air filter at the back.

  • Attach the 14, 25, or 50-foot thin, smooth bore hose that came with the machine to the connector.

4.2 Oxygen Reservoir Bag Setup

Important parts:

  • 6 ft Bag to mask connector hose-2Large connector hose connects/transports O2 from the Reservoir bag to the Mega-Flow mask.

  • Bag to mask connector hose adaptors: 2

  • Corks for large connector tubes when not in use: 2

  • White caps to close off O2 inlet bag feeder nipples when not being connected to O2E2 oxygen machines: 5

  • Y connector to split O2 from O2E2 machine to slowly fill the bag and sleep simultaneously: 1

  • 14 ft hose to feed the bag from the machine, combined with the bag for slow all-night or all-day fill: 1

  • 7 ft High-flow nasal cannula: 1

  • Pressure relief valve: The pressure relief valve , attached to the Bag protects the bag from excessive overfilling.

  • S-hooks for hanging the bag: 2

4.2.1 More about the Pressure Relief Valve

As mentioned above, the pressure relief valve protects the bag from excessive overfilling. When you overfill the bag, even before the point where the pressure relief valve kicks in, it stretches the bag a little. The Oxygen Reservoir Bag is made of medical-grade TPU, which makes it highly durable. So the bag will impart less internal pressure on the seams and outlets. It can also stretch a bit.


Rest assured, there's typically no issue with the bag if you've slightly overfilled it. However, if you exceeded the limit without the pressure relief valve and put excessive strain on the seams, it might lead to a gradual leak. Yet, if the bag has been stretched without any leak, it's likely to accommodate even more oxygen. To address any leaks, we can send you sealing tape.

4.2.2 Before Operating Your Oxygen Reservoir Bag

  • Hang the bag by grommet holes in the corners. Can be hung vertically, horizontally, or by all 4 corners to 9-foot minimum high ceiling.

5. Using Your Turbo Oxygen System

  • Connect the oxygen tubing from the O2E2 machine to the small nipple on the bag.

  • Press the power switch of the O2E2 machine to the “ON” position. When the unit is turned on, all four lights on the front panel will illuminate briefly.


    -- Power light

    -- Normal Oxygen light (Oxygen Concentration≥82%)

    -- Low Oxygen light (Oxygen Concentration between 70% and 82%)

    -- Service Required light (Oxygen Concentration<70%)


    After a few seconds, only the Power and Normal Oxygen lights will remain lit. The Audible Signal will briefly alarm.


    Note 1 — If the Service Required light illuminates and the audible signal alarms but the unit is not operating, there is no power to the unit, Refer to the Troubleshooting table and contact us if necessary.


    Note 2 — If an audible low-frequency vibration sound is detected, the unit is not operating properly. Refer to the Troubleshooting table and contact us if necessary.

  • Check the flow meter to make sure that the flow meter ball is centered on the line next to your required flow rate.

  • If the flow meter knob is turned clockwise, the flow decreases (and eventually will shut off the oxygen flow). If the knob is turned counterclockwise, the flow increases.


    Note Your O2E2 Oxygen Machine has a reserve oxygen system. If your unit loses electrical power or fails to operate correctly, the patient Alert System will sound to signal you to switch to your reserve oxygen system (if provided )and contact us.

  • Allow the Oxygen Reservoir Bag to fill with oxygen-enriched air. Filling times vary depending on the variant of the Reservoir Bag and the flow rate of the O2E2 Oxygen Machine.


    900 Liter Reservoir Bag

    --Time required to fill with a 10 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~1.5 hours (900/10=90 minutes)

    --Time required to fill with a 5 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~3 hours (900/5=180 minutes)


    500 Liter Reservoir Bag

    --Time required to fill with a 10 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~1 hour (500/10=50 minutes)

    --Time required to fill with a 5 LPM Oxygen Machine: ~1.5 hours (500/5=100 minutes)


    Note - For a slow fill (for instance, 8-hour filling overnight or during the day), reduce the volume to 1 LPM for the 500-liter bag (8 x 60minutes = 480 liters) and 2 LPM for the 900-liter bag (8 x 120 minutes = 960 liters) and the pressure relief valve should prevent overfill (a little is ok as it will stretch a bit).

  • Once the bag is full, you can start your EWOT session

  • Take the Turbo Mega Flow Mask and connect the bag-to-mask connector hoses to each of the mask inlets.

  • Keep corks in large bag-to-mask hoses until you are ready to connect the Turbo Mega-Flow mask.

  • Remove corks to attach the mask to the hoses via the white adaptors. Fit the Mask to the face and adjust the head straps.

  • Tighten the upper straps first and then the lower ones. (Note: For some noses, a Breathe Right Strip can open the nostrils to allow more flow).

  • Position yourself in front of your chosen exercise equipment (for instance, treadmill, elliptical) and ensure the equipment is properly set up and adjusted for your session.

  • Before starting the exercise, begin with a gentle warm-up for a few minutes to prepare your body.

  • Start with a session duration that aligns with your fitness level. Start with an initial session duration of 10-15 minutes for beginners. As your comfort and fitness level increase, gradually extend the session duration up to 20 minutes.

  • After the session, disconnect the mask from the hoses and re-plug the corks at the hose end to save any balance of O2. (Note: Keep the O2E2 Machine running during the session to allow retaining of maximum O2 volume in the bag. After the session, return the cork to the large hose end to hold in O2 left in the bag.)

5.1 Incorporating a second bag and machine

You can consider incorporating a second bag and machine to enhance your EWOT experience. This setup offers several benefits:

  • Equally Filled Bags: Utilize a second machine to fill a second bag. Connect the bags using a bag-to-mask large hose. This configuration provides a combined volume of 1,800 liters, ensuring a generous margin of error.

  • Guaranteed Safe Filling: The use of two bags, totaling 1,800 liters, combined with pressure relief valves, virtually eliminates the risk of overfilling, promoting a secure and worry-free experience.

  • Extended Session Duration: With a capacity of 1,800 liters, you can enjoy longer sessions without concerns about sufficient oxygen for each session.

  • Convenience for Multiple Users: The dual bag system makes it convenient for two individuals to use the system simultaneously or consecutively, ensuring an ample reserve of oxygen.

6. Care and Maintenance

6.1 O2E2 Oxygen Machine

  • Do not use lubricants, oils or grease

  • Before attempting any cleaning procedures, turn the unit OFF.

  • Humidifier Bottle: Clean your humidifier bottle daily. Wash the humidifier in a solution of hot water and dishwashing detergent. Soak the humidifier in a solution of one part white vinegar to three parts hot water for 30 minutes. This solution acts as a germicidal agent. Rinse thoroughly with warm tap water and refill with distilled water for use. Do not overfill.

  • Cannula, Mask, and Tubing: Clean and replace the cannula, mask, and tubing

  • Air Filter and Oxygen Outlet Connector: The connector should not be cleaned at least once a week. To clean, follow these instructions.


    -- Remove the oxygen outlet connector (if used).

    -- Wash in a solution of warm water and dishwashing detergent.

    -- Rinse thoroughly with warm tap water and towel dry. The filter should be completely dry before reinstalling.


    Air filter needs to be replaced after the device operates every 3000 hours. The air filter is disposable after used. Not replacing the air filter regularly will affect the performance of concentration.


    CAUTION—To prevent product damage, do not attempt to operate the unit without the air filter or while the filter is still damp.

  • Exterior Cabinet: Clean the concentrator exterior cabinet using a damp cloth or sponge with a mild household cleaner and wipe it dry.


    WARNING — To avoid electric shock, do not remove the concentrator cabinet. The cabinet should only be removed by a qualified technician. Do not apply liquid directly to the cabinet or utilize any petroleum-based solvents or cleaning agents.

6.1.1 Before Operating Your Oxygen Reservoir Bag

  • Clean the air filter at least once a week. Change the felt of the Inlet Pre-Filter at least once in half a year.


    -- Open the Important Safeguard, pull out the Inlet Pre Filter, and pull out the old felts from the Inlet Pre-Filter (two sides).

    -- Then insert the new felts to the Inlet Pre-Filter on each side, insert the Inlet Pre-Filter, and close the Important Safeguard.

  • Change the Bacterial Filter at least once a year. You can not change this by yourself, you must contact your CW Medical provider to change this for you.

6.2 Oxygen Reservoir Bag

  • Oxygen Reservoir Bag is designed to receive clean, dry oxygen and should remain free from any mold. The bag's anti-microbial lining further ensures hygiene during usage.

  • No need for cleaning the bag or hoses as you only inhale O2 from the bag and cannot exhale CO2 into the bag or hoses with the mask. Exhaling occurs through the mask's valves, releasing CO2 into the room.

  • If you feel you must clean the main breathing hose, any CPAP hose cleaner available in the market can be used. However, this step is generally unnecessary due to the system's inhalation-exhalation mechanism.

  • Keeping the system closed maintains a cleaner environment within the bag, as it prevents the introduction of potentially contaminated room air.

6.3 Turbo Mega-Flow Mask

  • The Turbo Mega-Flow Mask is a medical-grade mask that can be cleaned using a gentle liquid soap, such as Miracle2.

  • The masks are designed to withstand autoclaving and sterilization procedures, making them suitable for medical settings requiring stringent cleanliness standards.

  • We recommend using separate masks for each user from a hygiene perspective. This practice ensures that each individual enjoys a clean and sanitary EWOT session, minimizing the potential transfer of germs or contaminants.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 O2E2 Oxygen Machine

Bag losing volume within 24 hoursCheck Overfilling: Verify if the bag was overfilled, causing potential leaks. The bags are robust and highly durable, but overfilling might lead to issues.

Inspect for Leaks: Examine the bag for any visible leaks. If identified, we will provide sealing tape to address the leak effectively.

Oxygen Feeder Hose: Sometimes, oxygen might leak out through the feeder hose back into the machine. Consider disconnecting the O2 feeder hose and securing a white cap on the bag's O2 input nipple.
Ordered the pressure relief valve after receiving the bagIn this case, the copper L has not been glued to the bag outlet.

Follow these steps to ensure a strong and reliable attachment of the pressure relief valve, preventing slipping and potential leaks during your EWOT sessions.

Apply Silicon Glue: Position the bag outlet facing up and apply silicone thick glue in a 360-degree ring around the copper L bracket's base.

Attach Valve and Allow Drying: Place the copper L bracket over the bag outlet in the glued area and allow it to dry completely. Attach the relief valve securely onto the copper L bracket. Open the relief valve fully by rotating it counterclockwise.
Decrease in bag volume after filling it and allowing it to sit for an extended period.Pressure Relief Valve: The pressure relief valve may allow a small amount of oxygen to escape over time. To address this, run the machine(s) for a brief period while you exercise. This will quickly replenish the lost volume.

O2 Feeder Hose Leak: Oxygen can also escape through the O2 feeder hose when not in use. Counteract this by exercising while using the EWOT system. Alternatively, cap the feeder hose nipple between sessions to prevent leakage.

7.3 Bag Stand

Can’t insert plastic handled threaded bolt through polePossible Jammed Inside Tube: While rare, it's possible that the inside tube might be jammed within the outer tube.

Visual Inspection: Observe the hole and notice any metal obstruction preventing the insertion of the threaded bolt.

This metal obstruction is the inside tube, which contributes to expanding the overall length.

Release Metal Obstruction: To release the metal obstruction, rotate the inside tube counterclockwise while gently pulling it out.

If the tube remains stuck, consider seeking assistance from someone with more strength to help remove it.

Oxygen Reservoir Bag: We cover any manufacturing defects. Once you send us the photograph of the defect, we will assess it and send you a replacement if needed.
