Adaptive Contrast and MAXXO2 are simply complicated interval training with some fear based innuendo. It all starts with a lie about the amount of oxygen flow through the masks.
With all the hype it just does not make that much of a difference unless you are at the top 1% of your conditioning. We do offer hypoxic/altitude training for those who want to spend the extra cost. Just ask Mike.

LIVE02 stopped stating their bag is 900 liters. It cannot be as they say the bag gets filled in 50 minutes using a 10 LPM machine. That is only 500 liters.
