Les médicaments psychiatriques peuvent-ils augmenter les risques de contracter ou d’aggraver un cancer ?

49 million Americans are at risk for CANCER.
"
Why?
In their paper, Carcinogenicity of psychotropic drugs, Amerio et al. found:
- 63.6% of antidepressants were associated with carcinogenicity, specifically mirtazapine, sertraline, paroxetine, citalopram and escitalopram, duloxetine and bupropion.
- 90% of antipsychotic agents were associated with carcinogenicity. All agents were associated with carcinogenicity except clozapine.
- 70% of benzodiazepines/hypnotics were associated with carcinogenicity, specifically clonazepam, zolpidem, zaleplon, diazepam, eszopiclone, oxazepam, and midazolam.
- 25% amphetamines/stimulants were associated with carcinogenicity, with methylphenidate specifically associated.
- 85.7% of anticonvulsants ("mood stabilizers") were associated with carcinogenicity. The only agent not associated with carcinogenicity was lamotrigine. Specific agents associated with carcinogenicity were valproate, carbamazepine, gabapentin, pregabalin, oxcarbazepine, and topiramate.
Look closely at the packet inserts of some of your psych meds- chances are you would find some references for these researches. These results have been endorsed by IARC and WHO as well.
“Although this association cannot establish that all agents and mixtures that cause cancer in experimental animals also cause cancer in humans, nevertheless, in the absence of adequate data on humans, it is biologically plausible and prudent to regard agents and mixtures for which there is sufficient evidence of carcinogenicity in experimental animals as if they presented a carcinogenic risk to humans". (International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and World Health Organization, 2000).
When you expose your body to pharmaceutical grade chemical influence, it is forced to adjust. What you take maybe for “fixing” brain problems may have an undesirable impact on your body as a whole. It can affect metabolism and even our body’s mechanisms for survival in adversity – Suppressed Immunity = Cancer.
“If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don’t have to worry about the answers.”
Thomas Pynchon
Today, researchers are asking the questions that made sense 20 years ago- when we didn’t know about microbiome, epigenetics, and transgenerational effects of variables like differential effects of medications on Female vs. Male physiology, metabolism, and individual toxicant threshold effects.
I was 37 when I began my quest for knowledge about optimal health and well being. My mom, who could pass for 35 at age 55, and opened the first slenderizing salon in Beverly Hills in the 40s, was my inspiration.
During my research, I came across a book that I still have with me – “ Nutrition and Your Mind" by Dr. George Watson. He reported a 95% cure rate for schizophrenia using nutritional protocols alone. He categorized people into three categories as – Fast, Slow, or normal oxidizers.
This opened up to me the possibility that diet was the focal point for just about every illness. And with this, I began using nutrition as a guideline for health and well being in the 1970s.
During all these years, I have met some incredible health professionals who strengthened my beliefs. Gerald Frank, DC and Reichian Therapist, Dr. Yiwen Tang ( Harvard Medical School, former surgeon and now specializing in medical prevention), Dr. Paul Lynn who endorsed and bought Dr. Tang's practice. They all walked and talked out similar insights that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Dr. Richard Kunin, an orthomolecular psychiatrist in San Francisco who was like a long lost friend, is a great guy who helped me live by Dr.’s Watson, Tang, Lynn and Kunin’s insights. Simple fundamentals, watch what you eat, exercise moderately, get plenty of sleep, use oxygen as a healing accelerant and supplement and get regular blood work with extra tight parameters.
I had a live-in gourmet vegetarian cook, did my first fast- back in 1979 and quit 20 years of smoking a pack and half of unfiltered Camels a day.
40 years on, I see the ugly little head of the pharmaceutical industry has done its level best to keep us sick while consuming a lifetime supply of any medication they can get us to use.
It was in 2001 when I found my mom on 29 different medications in a rest home in Bradenton, Florida. She did not recognize her only son. I moved her up to Waynesville, where they treated elderly as humans, not guinea pigs.
Polypharmacy is a term used to describe a theory that taking 5 or more different prescription drugs with their side effects can cause more side effects. If people had not received the drugs, and gotten the same side effects, they would call them diseases!
I am ready to bet that Prescription Drug Insufficiency Syndrome (PDIS) would be declared as a legitimate illness if they could get away with it!
Side effects/ diseases often, if not always, destabilize our biochemistry.
Dr. Kelly Brogan undertook her psychiatric training and fellowship at NYU Medical Center after graduating from Cornell University Medical College, and has a B.S. from M.I.T. in Systems Neuroscience, she is also board certified in psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and integrative holistic medicine, and has specialized in a root-cause resolution approach to psychiatric syndromes and symptoms. She reports that-
"1 in 5 Americans are taking psychiatric medications, and most of them are long-term users."
These people are “addicted” to psychiatric drugs.
Drugs that are used to cure everything from depression to schizophrenia. There is now sufficient evidence that long-term (sometimes, life-long) treatment with psychiatric medications not only leaves you with a lesser quality of life but also contributes to your cancer risk.
This means that, by taking psychiatric medications, you may have entered into an uncontrolled and unconsented experiment. You may be unaware of literature that suggests long-term treatment with all psychiatric medications may leave you with a lesser quality of life. Bottom Line? “ Your psychiatric medication- may contribute to your cancer risk" according to Dr. Brogan.
Dr. Brogan also talks about Psychiatric Pretenders
She talks about "Psychiatric Pretenders." “Mental" symptoms that are physical but misconstrued as psychiatric symptoms. Her Quiz can help you get to the truth. Combine that with UDB Quiz on our website, and you have a potent way to assess if you need psychiatric drugs or can breathing, exercise, and nutrition help to relieve what is bothering you. Instead of drowning yourself in lifelong drugs, I want to assure you that "breath is life."
Can psychiatric drugs cause cancer? If you think the drug industry is going to answer this question, you are “dead” wrong. It’s your job to find out how.
