Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the original condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item should be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of your returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Should you not have received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Following that, reach out to your bank, considering there could be a processing time before the refund is reflected.

Gifts
If an item marked as a gift was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver arranged shipment for themselves to later hand over to you, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, notifying them about the return.

The customer bears the responsibility of covering shipping costs for returning the item. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The timeframe for the delivery of your exchanged product might vary depending on your location.
For items exceeding a value of $75, it is advisable to consider utilizing a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
